No time spent with God = pure emptiness, loneliness and a lack of energy.

my digestive system is functioning properly. i think.
Admist the internal calamity, there is a looming-over of peace and solace knowing that God Works no matter what.
Certain people have lost my trust.
I thought I had been healed, but apparently the wounds are still fresh.
Wounds caused by the unknown…
You have no idea of what it’s like to be an empty person. That is why you can’t help but to act upon legalistic standards.
You have good intentions, but poor execution.
Your formula is not apt for every person’s situations.
Colossians 2:9-10 - (9) For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; (10) and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. (NKJV)
At every turn, it seems, the main object of Gnosticism was to twist the nature of Christ. Some Gnostics believed that Jesus was a man, but that Christ entered into Jesus when He was baptized and left Him right before He died. Other Gnostics believed that Jesus did not really die—because, after all, if He died, then He was not really God. Others believed that He could not have been perfect and sinless because He created matter, which Gnostics believed to be evil. And there were also those who believed that Jesus Christ was a created being—an idea that is still affecting the fringes of the church of God today.
So if we want to counter Gnosticism, we must begin with the truth of Jesus Christ. Paul emphasizes this in verses 9-10: Jesus was the fullness of the divine nature in bodily form, and He is the head, the leader, the sovereign, of every principality and power. Though the Gnostics in their various views always twisted or denied some aspect of the nature and role of Jesus Christ, these truths brought out by the apostle are bedrock beliefs for true Christians.
Also foundational to countering Gnosticism is the truth that Jesus brought. To combat the false knowledge that threatens to plunder our spiritual riches, we must take the Bible as the complete and inspired Word of God, against which we can test any concept, tradition, doctrine, or philosophy, no matter how good it sounds on the surface. Gnostics would not readily accept the Bible as God’s inspired revelation, or if they did, they also held that other ancient, secret writings were on par with Scripture, and could be trusted to provide greater insight.
In addition, Gnostics were also avid proponents of “progressive revelation,” the belief that God is continuing to reveal His will to mankind, but with the implication that Holy Scripture is not as important as hearing directly from the spirit world. Thus, some today, while not entirely rejecting the Bible, believe that “God” is personally revealing things to them—things which often contradict what He has already given to mankind in the His written Word.

Paul writes in Ephesians 1:4-5, “… just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will… .” Predestined means “marked out in advance” or “appointed beforehand.” Verse 4 indisputably says this occurred “before the foundation of the world.”
Is this a generality that predestines only the existence of a church and not the individuals who would comprise it? The overall impression of the context in combination with other passages suggests an answer of “No,” but it is not certain. It can be taken as a generality, which is indeed a safe conclusion. Regardless, Paul’s words describe a Creator who is not only actively working toward an ultimate end, but also toward specific intermediate accomplishments, such as the church. He is the One in control, moving things in whatever direction they need to go. It begins to become clear that events relating directly to God’s purpose of reproducing Himself do not happen randomly. One should not have the impression that God sits at the controls in heaven constantly making adjustments to accommodate for what He did not foresee we would do down here.

One quoted Jesus’ words, “It is finished,” in a whisper.
His brother answered, “No, that’s not what Jesus said when He suffered. He said, ‘It is accomplished.’”

“That inner identity and security that we are all seeking can only come from personally knowing that God loves us. And the fulfillment and meaning in our lives can only come from loving God, and, through Him, loving others. This is God’s Way of Love (His Way of Agape): 1) knowing that God loves us personally; 2) loving Him in return and 3) loving others through Him.”

This week, I have decided to give many things (shoes, makeup, etc) to many people. To specifically 3 people.
I never knew I could be such a “giving” person. hm

Typing this out today instead of using my journal because my wrist is too weak and strained to apply further pressure from writing. I spent all of last night/early morning furiously working on spreadsheets and pie charts (11 hours total) so it’s only logical that my wrist has given in…and yet I’m typing again. Ironic. My road to Carpel Tunnel [Syndrome] is just around the corner.
This new part-time job has only begun this week and I am already stressed. Not because the work is difficult (it isn’t), but because I feel as though I’m swimming blindly in massive heaps of tedious labor that seem to have very particular goals in mind, but all other contributing factors remain ambiguous to me.
Of course, it’s new. It’s uncharted territory. A foreign ambiance. But strangely, there are no expected obstacles that stick out like a sore thumb. The lucid path to its grand destination however appears like a false dream…except dreams are false and the aforementioned destination is real. The “guide” who is responsible (or is she?) for leading me down the path isn’t doing her job (or what I expect of her). I’m clueless, frustrated, and pathetically stumbling along the trail of rocks and poisonous flora, but she is oblivious (or indifferent?) to me, The Foreigner. I’m ignorantly exposing myself to rash-inducing leaves and this lady is eating trail mix, pointing her finger down a few roads, and dilly-dallying with whatever distraction that seizes her attention…except it isn’t mere “distraction” to her. It’s part of her lifestyle and duties. Does she plan to lead me down another path upon arrival at this (first) destination or is she going to plop me down at this deceptively “grand” terminal and say, “t’was nice knowing you” ?
I’m obviously delirious. Hungry & in pain.
